Mindfulness Stress Reduction

Mindfulness is about being fully aware of whatever is happening in the present moment, without filters or the lens of judgment. It can be brought to any situation. The central objective of this course is to introduce you to mindfulness meditation and help you cultivate a personal mindfulness practice. Both beginners and those with significant experience find this course extremely worthwhile.

As many of you are working under stress, your skill in navigating your own emotional life is vitally important. One of the guiding principles at Blue Coach is that the capacity to share any practice depends on one’s own practice experience.

Interpersonal Communication

Relationships are the most important part of our having well-being in being human. It’s that simple. And it’s that important. But there’s another aspect of relationships that is also clear from recent science: The more we connect with others and embrace the reality of our interconnected nature, the more we’ll live with meaning, compassion, equanimity, and purpose.

The goal of this course is to help an individual achieve, through a special relationship with coach, good communication within himself or herself.

Group Coaching

This is a highly interactive program that includes weekly and monthly activities. The survey contains open questions where the employees can give their opinion on what else the company could do, so it could further increase the satisfaction of their employees.

Besides the pre-defined questions, after signing the contract for participation in the project, the employer may add additional questions that are not included in the survey, based on which we want to know the opinion of employees.
