The Best Company to Work for

We have developed the project “The best company to work for” based on extensive experience in working with different companies and different industries, as well as global practices of measuring employee satisfaction. The survey serves companies to see the extent to which their employees are satisfied with the work they do, what their shortcomings are and what they should work on in the future to reach their full potential.

For two years in a row, we conducted a survey “The best company to work” (in Montenegro), in which successful Montenegrin companies such as: Crnogorski Telekom, Pivara Trebjesa, Neregelia, Scorpio, Okov, Sava Insurance and others took part. Employees answered questions from the following areas: leadership, my manager, personal development, working conditions, my team, innovation, the company’s relationship with clients, social responsibility, my company, fair play.

The companies were divided into three categories: small, medium and large and for each category prizes were awarded for the first three places. In addition to these major awards, the companies in each of the categories were awarded for team spirit, for a company that provides equal opportunities for all, for the most innovative company, for fair play.
